Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase within 2 weeks of receiving it, contact us: we will provide you a shipping label and offer you a full refund.

Please note that return costs are paid by the customer.

We DO NOT refund you if the product was delivered to the wrong address and you did not change it.

We DO NOT refund you if the returned product comes to our warehouse damaged.

You cannot cancel your order once it has been processed, contact our customer service if you have any problem.

If your product is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will immediately send you a new one.

Shipping

You can check the status of your order through the tracking number you receive once your order has been dispatched.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping.
